The San Luis Obispo County 4-H Youth Development Program recognizes students nominated as Young Achievers in grades 5-10 for this program.

These Young Achievers are selected by their Community Club Leaders as successful leaders and positive role models for the youth in our County. We are proud of all of the achievements our youth have made in their 4-H Clubs, and in their communities, in order to achieve their nomination as Young Achievers. Our Young Achievers portraits (provided by Leslie Bryson of Focus Point Images) are exhibited in our local community libraries and in our County office during National 4-H Week (first week in October).

Nominations for 2011 are now being accepted at www.slocounty4h.org. Deadline is January 14, 2011.
