High school juniors in the Illinois counties of Bond, Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin and Montgomery and the northern portion of Madison will have the opportunity for recognition and awards in the new Piasa Area Leaders of Tomorrow program.

Nomination forms will be available in 2009 for students in grade 11 who have been appointed and/or elected to leadership positions. They must be successful achievers, positive role models and good citizens in their schools and communities.

Those selected for will have the opportunity to be featured in a special photographic Showcase display by John Locus Photography. All will receive certificates and be considered for special awards. A special recognition event will be planned.
